The Chain, and Legend hated that name, and hated Four for coming up with it, and hated Hyrule's giggling every time someone said it, and hated—

And wow! Okay! Yeah! Maybe he was in a mood, huh? Even for him.

The Chain had been together for five days and Legend was slowly losing his mind about it.

There wasn't anything in particular wrong, anything specific anyone had done. It was just everything. It was so many people being around all the time, it was every task taking longer, it was waiting on people and being on their schedules, it was having to be switched on all the time in case someone talked to him, it was that they were strangers. Eight exhausting strangers meant someone was around all the time.

Fortunately for the sake of his increasingly threadbare nerves and patience, they had stopped early today to avoid arriving at whatever town Warriors was directing them to at an inconvenient hour. Which meant even with the endless cycle of chores and maintenance and 'getting to know each other' horrors, he finally had some time to fuck off.

And fuck off he did.

Alone, finally.

For about forty glorious minutes before Wind found him.

"Hey Legend, you busy?"

"Yes. " Legend was busy not doing whatever the fuck this was.

"But it's great? Isn't it amazing! Meeting heroes from all over!"

Legend just glared at Wind and attempted to set him on on fire with his mind. Wind remained stubbornly un-immolated, and instead squinted back at him for a long moment.

"Oh, you're one of those people," the kid said with the deepest disgust.

"What the fuck do you mean—"

"It's fine, accommodations must be made," Wind waved haughtily, "I'll go tell Captain Teamwork we need to leave you your lonely horizon staring time or you'll murder us all in our sleep."

And before Legend could formulate an answer to that Wind was gone again.

Does Kanto not have a mega form? Does anyone get the mega x form?

Kanto does have a Mega X, but he doesn't really use it XD He'd only use it to spar and possibly enhance what's going on in 'special 1', so I figured i'll keep his special ability as his normal forme ^^ I'm still undecided on what mega to give adult Chilli, possibly a 'Z' from his Grandmothers and mothers Mega Y genes, and a mewtwonite X he acquires.

my fav thing about the update. my standard answer would be...

I love it when [redacted] says [redacted] but only if MC decides that [redacted] is [redacted] and not [redacted] because this would mean they are [redacted], that's actually quite hilarious if you consider [redacted] knew it and you know who wouldn't like that? Exactly. [redacted].

I am in a good mood rn, because the update will come soon and yk, I got a soft spot for y'all. Hidden well under bad humour and even worse morals.

I am most excited about the fact that tiny choices — one at a store and two at the harbour — lead to unique moments with ROs that will have an influence on later scenes. It's nothing MAJOR... but they are imo very nice and add a lot of flavour...especially later on. I am very curious how many will figure them out.

One is "quite" easy to reach, another depends on "several" choices, and the third is only achievable through a certain path. I consider the last one the most difficult to get but it leads to a very tiny moment. Like very tiny. That I like A LOT.

I also added a lot of silly achievements and I am excited for you to find them.

I feel like I could go on forever tbh... saying so much and so little at the same time.

I am overall really excited for you all to finally meet a lot of the ROs and some side characters that also might play bigger roles than you'd think — later on in the story. To me personally, when reading a story / IF, meeting the ROs is always the most excited thing. Therefore, I AM NERVOUS A.F.!!!

Hello !! I’ve been scrolling thru ur ghoul posts for a minute and I shrimply must say that your artstyle is phenomenal to say the least. I WILL be adopting your headcanons into my own personal ghospel (ghost gospel) (this is a threat)

Anyway I was wondering if u had any thoughts on what the ghouls do around the ministry? Im personally making a ghoul oc currently who was summoned solely to drive the tour bus and I just love the amount of thought you’ve put into your ghoul designs.

Hello!! Ah yes another person adopting my headcanons, join me in my delusions ehehe

Aside from the ones that are part of the band, the ghouls take on the usual tasks the siblings of sin have around the ministry. They certainly aren't allowed to have positions of high authority but are given tasks related to maintenance, cooking, church services, etc.

Adding to that, I do think that the tasks given to them are mundane. Things that have a long boring process that can drain you, filling out paperwork, organizing files, all that stuff. In the Escape the Ministry game, there was a note stating that the ghouls do taxes which is hilarious cause imagine you're a ghoul that can make thousands of fans scream but when you get back home from tour you're stuck doing taxes. They were brought out of hell only to be placed in another administrative hell. They find a way around the boring stuff by requesting things that can probably entertain them.

I do have some Special ghoul art but it's mostly me just figuring out how to draw him unmasked. I have two versions, the first one was leaning towards an actual demon with authority, a ghoul who happens to know everything and suspiciously has a skull pattern on his face like the papas before him with a sulfer mark on his forehead. The other version was leaning towards the "what makes him special?" prompt with me deciding what if the guy was one of the last humans that was turned into a ghoul before the ministry started summoning actual demons instead. I can't decide what I want to use cause I'm really indecisive
